An option available is to place that person in our office to undertake work on behalf of the Enterprise’s Skilling area but under the direction of our Association. As our work is primarily office based this may suit some organisations where their working tasks are physical. The value of a new role for the person, drawing on prior knowledge but applied to a new positive task cannot be understated: Rehabilitation can be hastened. |
